What is now?

Who’s now is it; to whom does it belong?

For whom is it being now, now?

Where does/did now come from?

Where does/did now go to?

Even better, what is the true nature of either “coming-ness” or “going-ness”?

Who is experiencing your now right now?

Who’s now are you experiencing or observing — right now?

And isn’t the answer always “I/me”?

And what meaning are you assigning to either your now or your I/me right now?

Acceptance, Reality and What Is

In a review of “Mindful Motherhood: practical tools for staying sane during pregnancy and your child’s first year,” the following quotes appeared. I found them supportive.

“The bottom-line evaluation that underlies most of our unnecessary suffering is the thought ‘This shouldn’t be here.’ ”

“Acceptance is ending your argument with Reality, and accepting What Is.”

Slight modification for Busting Loose: “Acceptance of [diving into] the discomfort of/in/about the argument then telling the truth about “what shouldn’t be here is completely made up anyway,” increasingly leads to “inspiration” and a to Busting Loose.
